Land Tax

The NSW Government is introducing a land tax discount for new build-to-rent (BTR) housing projects. Eligible BTR properties will receive a 50% reduction in land value for land tax purposes until 2040. A new Housing Diversity SEPP has also been introduced to boost construction, housing options and rent assurance.
