Your Edmonds Team

Edmonds Conveyancing | Amanda Edmonds

Amanda Edmonds

Principal and Licenced Conveyancer
Amanda Edmonds has worked in the field of Conveyancing for almost 15 years, and has been at the helm of Edmonds Conveyancing since its inception in 2004. She attained her Licence qualifications by completing the Conveyancing Law and Practice Course at Macquarie University in 2003.

“People come to us because they value our expertise and professionalism. They come back to us because they know we are efficient and service orientated, whilst also being friendly and welcoming. We like to think that we’re like old friends; we are hospitable, approachable, and we stay in touch. We want people to say good things about us, and we go out of our way to deliver.”
Edmonds Conveyancing | Anthony Edmonds

Anthony Edmonds

Licenced Conveyancer
Anthony worked as a Building Certifier for 25 years before transitioning to conveyancing in 2013 when he concluded the Conveyancing Law and Practice course at Macquarie University. He attained his Conveyancing License in 2014.

“With our business continuing to grow, the change of career was a logical step to take. There are a lot of crossovers between my two professions, and the skills learned at the coal face of Building Certification are definitely an advantage in my new role. The best part of this job is the interaction with people, and it’s a real pleasure to help them through the purchase or sale process and to witness their delight when it all comes together at the end.”
Edmonds Conveyancing | Tanya

Tanya Holmstrom

Licenced Conveyancer
Tanya is very much a ‘local’ having grown up and schooled in Ballina and worked most of her life in the field of property conveyancing in and around the Northern Rivers. She currently operates out of our Lismore office where she runs the majority of Edmonds Conveyancing’s Lismore Shire matters but also handles many state-wide transactions.

Tanya has over 20 years’ legal property experience and will admit that it’s the enjoyment she gets from positive interaction with clients that keeps her in the game. She resides in Wollongbar with her husband, Mitch and their only (and dearly loved) child, Buddy the Jack Russell.
Edmonds Conveyancing | Courtney

Courtney Fitzgerald

Licenced Conveyancer
Courtney is a Licensed Conveyancer in our Ballina office who has worked in the legal industry for the last nine years.

Courtney completed her Bachelor of Law (LLB) at Southern Cross University in 2015 and was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW in 2016 with her interest in property and contract law leading her to join the team at Edmonds Conveyancing.

Courtney keeps her clients well informed and focusses on their best interests throughout the transaction all whilst making the process as fun and stress free as possible.
Brooke Semmens

Brooke Semmens

Licensed Conveyancer
A Northern NSW native, Brooke started working in the legal industry at the ripe age of 16. She quickly developed a passion for conveyancing and enrolled with Southern Cross University to study an Associate Law Degree, majoring in conveyancing. As proof of her multi-tasking skills, Brooke completed her degree while welcoming her two boys into the family.

Brooke has been a valued member of the Edmonds Conveyancing team since 2017 and simply loves to help people as they invest in their most valuable asset, realising their property dreams.

Well known as the snack-lover of the office, Brooke is also a Justice of the Peace and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with the family and playing sport.
